I wanted to start this week off on an extra happy note and share another mini film. As you can tell from this page on the mini films page., we got pretty into making these little video snippets during our trip. Well, since Derek is the creator behind all the films, I guess I got really into jumping around and doing high kicks in every place we visited. HA!
I’ve really enjoyed sharing our time in Ireland with you all. Looking back, I couldn’t have imagined a better place for the last stop on our 10-week trip. From the friendly locals greeting us with the warmest welcomes, to the fluffy sheep roaming the streets and the greenest greens you’ll ever see, this place will always hold a special place in my heart. That being said, I hope you enjoy the sweet film below!
Thank you all once again for following along with our European journey. When I look back at photos, I find myself becoming lost in amazement with the endless scrolls and having to second-guess whether this trip really happened. There we are, in the pictures, yet somehow I can’t believe we really did it. And don’t even get me started on the fact that it has already been about three months since we returned. Really, where does the time go!?
All I can say is I couldn’t be more thankful to have had the opportunity to take on this adventure. It really was a trip of a lifetime, and I am so grateful that Derek was by my side the entire way so that we could take in all the same things and make so many new memories together. In the end, all those peanut-butter-banana sandwiches were worth it!
If you ever find yourself with this opportunity, TAKE IT. Please! You won’t regret it. And don’t hesitate to reach out to me to find out how we made this happen on a very small budget. I’d love to share any of our tips with you so that you can make your own European memories. You only live once, right!?
