Let’s face it, during this time of year, we’re all pretty much in a pumpkin-overload kind of mood. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin butter, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pancakes…You know as well as I do that this list could keep going and going. And while there are some pumpkin-haters out there, I for one am not one of them. In my mind, there can never be enough pumpkin!!
So, how about we all grab hands and embrace the pumpkin spirit?! You know, before it’s too late, and we’re all switching gears to peppermint mochas and gingerbread cookies. Without further ado, it’s time to ring in the pumpkin craze with these delicious maple-glazed pumpkin scones. I made these scrumptious treats a few weeks back, and I’ve been trying to find time to make them again. So tasty! Not to mention healthy, too. You did read that correctly – a healthy scone. Who would have ever thought! Go ahead and forget about the guilt that usually comes with scones, and keep drizzling that warm maple glaze. Is your mouth watering yet? Because mine is.
