One of the many reasons I love New York is the abundance of new places to try. I’d be willing to bet that one would never have to eat at the same place twice, and still have an endless list of options to go to. This city is just that kind of place. Now, as you’ve probably figured out by now, I’m always on the search for new brunch spots. I’m always trying to scope out the cute, quaint and cozy ones. And last weekend, I basically hit the jackpot with James.
As you can see, this place just had all the right vibes. Such a sweet & cozy atmosphere.
And the food, well…I’ll go ahead and admit that french toast didn’t last long on that plate.
James definitely earned a spot on the list of all my favorite brunch go-to’s. The best part of all — it’s owned & operated by a couple who lives directly above the restaurant. They even pick herbs from their own rooftop garden next door. It just doesn’t get much better than that!
